It has been said, that for to occur the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th chakras need to be opened. This is a on going dialog of my personal journey, through this experience.
I will begin with where I am at at this point.
1. Create sacred space
2. Build the steps of intention to guarantee desired results
3. Check in with gratitude throughout the massage
4. The use of creative visualizations in conjunction with Reiki and Psychic massage techniques
5. Feel my emotions deepen as the healing sharpens
