Being in the eye of the sun

This story begins in the past where memory hold experiences that are of great import to me. We(my wife and I) where going to a funeral as helpers in the southern part of Mendocino county. Upon our arrival to the site the skies were overcast only slightly with some open spaces where blue skies peaked through. Our jobs where greeting guests and collecting food for the event, after some time the quantity of persons arriving lessened to where I could be present with the surroundings of trees and specifically the sky. It was afternoon in the fall of the year, warm for afternoon but cooling as the day progressed. I looked at the sun and felt viscerally that the soul of the sun was looking right into me, and this place on the planet. I beamed back to the eye of the sun my gratitude  for the moment and drank in the richness of peace and sadness at the loss of this one soul at this time in the thread of time. My practice during this time in my live was to visualize the suns rays healing my mind of fear and reprogramming it to love.So, it would not be unusual for me to looking up to the sun with eyes closed, for spiritual/emotional/ energetic rays of life giving healing and support.

On being married as a man

Now, this being my second run of being married I see that everything, everything I do contributes to outcomes within the realm of relating and effects the context of both of us during our relating. My efforts to bring healing and tenderness have real results, but require heart felt thought as to the how and when to administer each of these gifts of hope, in the desire to have more than just a good enough communication or connection. Trusting in love and truth, as a beloved friend clearly stated requires personal internal study on each nightly before sleep so that they can be presented during the days to come. Being an alchemist of change while being in an active changing living relationship requires me to always seek higher vision than my own, while trusting what brought me here. I am awed by her sensitive strength of heart and know this as a reflection of other internal potentials.

The purpose of intention

Today's post is about a series of movies provide key inner direction that connects with my growth to be clear of my personal nightmare that I inherited from  places unknown. The first is the recent "superman" movie, the father scientist is stating that this solar system is new and it's sun and air is full of nutrients that will enrich and supercharge their son's strength. The next is the "voyage of the dawn trader", here the theme is to conquer the darkness within, so that the  darkness in the world will be vanquished. I have as of 2/24/2014 been breathing the chi through my body to  remove unwanted energies. After last nights movie I realized I could use the practice to eliminate the darkness within my body. it is my opinion as of today,(1/6/2017) that our bodies come with holes or voids that can pull our energy and distract me from my hearts dream or my souls path. I call this process (defragmenting) the physical body.While breathing in vital  nutrients  from the air and from source,which could be our sun or with the correct mind set, any source that is of a vibration that raises your present level. Using creative visualizations to see the how and where of this task and using the belief that each part of the body is open and willing to be worked with, whereas I can breathe into every part of my body. Of course this does not mean that I am not free from illness, since I am at the beginning stages of this practice, who can say after 10 years what I will think.
Thank you for this blog so I will be able to come back to this later in life to determine what the result will be.

Shifting our awareness from inner focused male to female at will

This first occurred for me during one of those interrelationship conversations where my then partner wanted the relationship to open to having sexual interactions with "others". I at the time was madly in love with this woman and could not think of how to do this without first shifting my loving focused energy away from her to the outside world. I saw this as redirecting the front of a great ship (my personal vehicle's emotionally focused direction), or prow. I looked at my prow and by activating my will I turned my prow away from her. In an instant she felt all my directed energy of love disappear and reacted with "lets get married". Which was just enough to pull me back to being focused on her. So, from this personal example I believe that each person has the potential to attempt this, and at present if of sound mind and willing to attempt this could make this same shift inwardly. This is what this looks like for me; you may have a different inner visual perception.

On the left side of my head is my inner feminine energetic energy and on the right is my inner masculine energetic energy. And within me is the prow of my inner ship and it can be either leaning to the right or the left depending on my choice and will. 

This is my personal opinion, but my vision is that each person could if necessary shift to outgoing masculine energy during the day to be successful in working in the world and to inward feminine during the night for connecting with loved ones and partners as ultra nurturers.

I have been thinking about how to improve our human outlook.

    BY: turning our intention to the east, out in space where our future is coming to us every night. Pre-paving for our better tomorrow.

That each of us can send out to each of our own futures and for others we love. Wishing them to be uplifted.

To ask our spirits to work within us to direct our dreaming of a greater now in our lives.

    I thought of each person of the world committing to do this every night before sleeping.

 With knowing that if we do it every night it will make a difference in us.

Thank you for the great massage last week.  I'm still enjoying the benefits of it. My lower back and right SI joint (as well as my neck) still feel looser.  And, my hands haven't been too cold lately.  Of course, the warm days may be playing a role in that, too.  My "altered state" took longer to come out of than I expected, and working that afternoon was a bit of a challenge. I probably shouldn't have rushed it so much. In the future, I think I'll need to schedule for a weekend or a Monday, my full days off.
